"When I started the Nutrition Reset program my main goal was to lose weight in a healthy way (namely not a crazy diet or starving myself). Susan helped me realize the parts of my diet I could maintain, but also parts that could be tweaked. The breakfast challenge and food diary really helped me take notice what parts of my diet weren’t balanced. But the strategy that really helped me was being more mindful of my portion sizes. I started using measuring tools in order to keep my portions controlled.
